心肌梗死病人出院指导的探讨

On Guidance to Patients with Myocardial Infarction After Being Discharged form Hospital

目的 探讨出院指导对心肌梗死病人康复的作用,探讨最佳的指导时间和方法。方法 以106例心肌梗死住院病人为对象,随机分为观察组,对照组。观察组采取出院前3天开始指导1次,出院当日指导1次,并且出院时发放院外指导手册,对照组实施出院当日一次卫生宣教式的指导。结果 两组病人在康复过程中心脏事件的发生率有明显差异。结论 加强心肌梗死病人的出院指导,能够减少心脏事件的发生。

Objective To study the function of guidance after patients leaving hospital and discuss the best guiding time and way. Methods 106 patients were divided into two groups, the observation group(53)and the control group(53). The observation group was given guidance once 3 days before leaving hospital, then on the day leaving hospital given guidance all day long, and an enchiridion of healing out of hospitaal given at the same time. The control group was given sanitation eduction once only on the day leaving hospital. Results In the process of recovery of these two groups ,the heart troubles were obviously different. Conclusion Enhancing the guidance to patients with Myocardial Infarction after leaving hospital can reduce the frequency of heart trouble.
