肠易激综合征的研究进展

摘要 肠易激综合征(Irritable bowel syndrome,IBS)是一种长期不明原因的反复腹痛伴排便习惯改变的症候群,经检查又未发现可解释这些症状的形态学和生化学异常.肠IBS全球患病率很高,各地发病率在10%～20%之间,在英美等发达国家占所有年龄组患病率的20%～30%,占成人组的15%～20%,意大利、尼日利亚等地为8%～10%,在东欧及亚非国家为14%～22%.胃肠道症状在成人大约占1/3以上,占成人患病率的10%～22%,女性约多于男性.
