The Chinese Communist Party is deeply rooted among the Chinese people and has been the pioneers of the Chinese working class and the Chinese people. The Party considers people's interest as her starting point and goal. In order to fight against SARS, the Chinese Communist Party and the Chinese government have taken measures to both fight against SARS and promote economic development, which can be summarized in one sentence: the people's interest is upmost.
