关于当前高等中医教育几个问题的思考

就当前高等中医教育在师资培养、中医基础学科建设、西医基础课程建设、学术氛围营造方面的几个问题提出了看法。认为要加快中医教学的改革,关键是要加强中医教师临床素质的培养;中医基础学科的发展要处理好学科与课程的关系、长远与当前的关系、教学与研究的关系,学科的分化应当是自然而然的,而不能依赖行政行为。要加强西医基础课程教学,以提高中医人才的科学素养。要在校园内营造一种尊重人才、张扬学术个性的环境,重视中医流派的继承和发扬。

The author puts forward his opinions on teacher's training, construction of basic TCM disciplines and basic disciplines on western medicine, creation of academic atmosphere, etc. The author believes that to speed up the reform of TCM education, it is important to enhance the cultivation of the clinical quality of TCM teachers and that attention should be paid to the relationship between the discipline and subjects, between long-term effect and short-term effect and between teaching and scientific research. The division of the disciplines should be a natural process and should not depend on administration. It is advisable to enhance the teaching of the basic knowledge of western medicine so as to increase the quality of TCM personnel. Attention should also be paid to creating an academic atmosphere in the campus and the inheritance and development of various TCM schools.
