摘要 生物可降解聚合物纳米粒用于给药载体系统具有广阔的前景 .综述生物可降解聚合物纳米粒给药载体领域的最新进展 :包括纳米粒制备技术、载药方法。 Biodegradable polymeric nanoparticles hold great potential a pp lication in drug delivery systems.This review presents the most outstanding con tributions in the field of biodegradable polymeric nanoparticles used as drug de livery systems.Methods of preparation,drug loding ,,surface modification and su rface characterization.
