摘要 利用高分辨率超声扫描显微成像检测技术对钛合金扩散连接界面的微缺陷分布进行研究 ,从而得到有关扩散界面微观完整性的定量信息 。 The distribution of micro defects in the titanium alloy diffusion bonding interface is investigated and the quantitative information about homogeneity of bonding interface is obtained by means of high frequency ultrasonic scanning imaging detection technology.Typical results of investigation of ultrasonic scanning imaging of titanium alloy diffusion welding interface are introduced in this paper.
