湖北省地质灾害的特点、机制及其减灾对策

The Characteristics and Mechanism of Geological Hazard and the Preventive Measures in Hubei Province

湖北省地质灾害具有"灾害种类多、灾情重、时空分布不匀且有逐年加重的趋势"。本文根据对岩石圈系统、大气圈系统与人类社会圈系统的研究,针对防灾减灾,指出应加强三个方面的工作:1多种灾害并案研究、并案治理;2科学规划、重点研究,分阶段治理;3利用新技术、新手段,建设"群测群防"监测、预报信息化网络。

In Hubei province, there are many kinds of geological disasters. The intensity of disasters is high, its spatial-temporal distribution is uneven and the situation is becoming more serious. On the basis of the study on the lithosphere system, atmosphere system and the geo-physiognomy environment, in is pointed out that, for disaster prevention and reduction, the work should be strengthened in the following three aspects: (1) study and deal with multifarious disasters at same time; (2) plan the work of disaster prevention and reduction scientifically, focus the study on focal areas and deal with disasters step by step; (3) use new technology and measures to construct the monitoring and forecast information network of with the mass efforts.
