摘要
在近代我国南方山地民族的传统法律文化中,存在着一种奇特的审判形式与制度——神判。它运用神灵意志大量地介入了人类行为与事件的是非辨别与纠纷处理,而且显示了人类早期的神示证据制度的特征。
The god' s judgment was a unique judgment in the tradition law of the southern rnontagnards, which means to judge the human actions and deal -with the disputes by the will of the god. It shows the character of the system of the primitive apocalypse.
