CT机监控定位在胸椎椎弓根钉内固定术中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨CT机监控定位在胸椎内固定术中的应用及注意事项。方法:18例患者,男13例,女5例,均 采用CT机监控下椎弓根置管定位,置入胸椎椎弓根钉共74颗。结果:术后CT扫描证实置钉优良率达100%。结 论:CT机监控椎弓根置管定位方法,有效解决了胸椎椎弓根钉内固定术这一难题。 Objective; To discuss the application of thoracic vertebral pedicle screw fixation by radix arcus vertebrae tube placement and CT orientation. Methods; 18 cases of patients, 13 males and 5 females, used radix arcus vertebrae tube placement and orientation below CT inspect. Seventy-four radix arcus vertebrae screws were implanted. Results; After operation, CT scan showed fine rate that screws were plated was 100%. Conclusions; Tmplanted radix arcus vertebrae tube placement and orientation below CT inspect, may resolve difficult problem of thoracic vertebral pedicle screw fixation effectively.
