摘要
分析了QFII(合格境外机构投资者制度 )产生的国内外背景 ,并结合背景阐述了我国实施QFII的目的及意义 ,最后借鉴台湾、韩国等国家 (地区 )
In this paper, the backgrounds in which the QFII is carried into effect are explained, and the significance of the QFII is analyzed with the explanation of backgrounds.At last, the effective ways to carry out QFII are stated.
