摘要
高新技术企业的组织创新问题属于企业管理理论中的前沿问题 ,国内外理论界对此问题进行了见仁见智的探讨。高新技术企业以研制开发、经营高技术产品或服务为主 ,其组织结构与传统企业相比 ,有很大差异。为了全面了解目前研究状况 ,在此基础上进一步深入探讨 。
The Organization innovation in hi-tech enterprise is a hot topic in theories of corporation management on which theorists home and abroad give their different ideas.The hi-tech enterprise mainly deals with exploiting and manufacturing hi-tech production and providing services,and its organization differs greatly from that of traditional enterprises.In order to learn comprehensively the present status,this paper will discuss on research achievements in nowdays.
