正义是人类永久的主题。本文比较了古代正义观与现代正义观的不同内涵。本文认为 :古代正义是以责任分配为主 ,而现代正义则是以权利分配为主。现代社会虽以利为本位而建构 ,但人们在思考改进和完善现代社会制度时 。

Justice is a long topic for the human beings. This article compares the connotational differences between ancient justice and modern justice and considers that: ancient justice is the responsibilities which are distributed to everyone while modern justice is the human rights which everyone are equally gotten from the God. Modern society is set up based on human rights. When modern people are thinking about improving today's constitution, they think that ancient justice is very valuable.
