摘要
“三农”问题已成为制约我国经济发展的重大问题 ,而这一问题在西部尤其突出 ,本文认为要解决好“三农”问题 ,症结在于妥善安置农村剩余劳动力。在现今的西部 。
Three agricultural questions'become great economical and social problems which have restricted our modernization construction already.This problem is more obvious in west area,and the solution lies in advancing the process of the urbanization of the surplus of rural labor force.This article thinks the urbanization lies in the development of manufacturing industry.The article considers that manufacturing industry can offer employment opportunity,spur service trade and promote urbanization.Based on the western actual conditions,I put forward that in the agricultural industrialization in west area is an efficient solution of this problem.
