摘要
本文从阐述学习型社会的本质出发 ,论述了如何在学习型社会中运用学习型组织原理来建设学习型学校。
After exploring the essence of Studying Society, the paper elaborates how to build up a studying institute by using the organizational principle of studying organization. In the end,it makes a point that studying institute must be accelerated by using network.
