摘要
本文提出了飞机地面空调车变速箱故障早期实时诊断系统的“准DMA工作方式” ,给出了满足“准DMA工作方式”的最简硬件结构原理。提出了从强噪声背景下提取故障早期周期性信号的方法 :“循环加权自相关” ,并对这一方法进行了计算机仿真 ,给出了仿真曲线。并给出结论 :当用“循环加权自相关”提取淹没在强平稳随机噪声中的周期性信号时 ,不受机械装置的限幅或测试仪器饱和特性的影响。
This paper presented the method of the Quasi-DMA for the fault forepart real-time diagnosis system for the transmission case of the airplane ground air-condition vehicle, given the simplest hardware structure to meet the working model of the Quasi-DMA, provided the 'cycle-weighted- correlation' by which the very small periodical signals merged in the strong noise can be detected and simulated with computer .At the end of this paper, the conclusion is, the saturation of testing instruments or the limitation of the equipment have no effect upon detection of weak periodical signals by the method of the cycle-weighted- correlation.
