论当前国际政治斗争中称霸与反霸的矛盾

On the Contradiction of Seeking Hegemony vs. Opposing Hegemony

近年来,围绕海湾局势,国际社会掀起了席卷全球的反战浪潮,从普通民众到主权国家、国际组织,反战斗争有复杂化的倾向和扩大化的趋势。但是,考察民众的反战表现、各国的对美心态以及国际组织对美国霸权的制约能力,还难以得出称霸与反霸的矛盾已经上升到国际社会的主要矛盾的结论。当前国际社会的主要矛盾不是称霸与反霸的矛盾,而是国际社会对和平与发展的不断追求与影响和平与发展的因素在增多之间的矛盾。

In recent years, round the gulf situation, the international communities have set off the anti-war tidal waves. From the populace to the sovereignties and the international organizations, the antiwar movements have become more complicated and magnified. However, with our knowledge of the reviewing of the populace's performance in the antiwar movements, every respective country's attitude towards the U.S.A as well as the international organization's control over America's hegemony, we cannot conclude that the contradiction between seeking hegemony and opposing hegemony has become the major antinomy of the international community. At present, the major antinomy of the international community is not the contraditon between seeking hegemony and opposing hegemony, but that between the international community's constant pursuit of peace and development and the increasing factors which affect peace and development.
