在全面加强机关党的建设中,实践"三个代表",坚持以从严治党带动从严治政,应该注重抓好三个方面:坚持思想上从严,强化党的意识和宗旨,切实增强机关人员的责任感和使命感;坚持组织上从严,保持党员队伍的先进性和纯洁性,努力建设一支高素质的机关干部队伍;坚持制度上从严,做到依法、廉洁和高效从政,使机关干部成为"三个代表"重要思想的自觉实践者。

In the all-round construction of the department party organizations, we should carry out the 'three representatives' from the perspective of being strict with administration and party management. Namely, we should do well in three aspects: Be strict in thought, stressing party sense and target sense, raising the department staff's sense of responsibility and sense of mission; be strict in joining party, keeping the purity and excellence of our party team with the expectation of constructing a high-quality department carder team; be strict with system, strictly adhering to law, being uncorrupted and efficient, making department a self-conscious body of practice of the 'three representative'.
