光学玻璃的光学均匀性的测量是制造高质量光学玻璃的保证 ,本文详细介绍了三种用于测量光学玻璃光学均匀性的绝对测量方法 ,并利用其中的一种方法研制了一台高精度光学玻璃材料光学均匀性测量仪 ,实验结果表明其对 40mm左右厚光学玻璃材料的光学均匀性检测精度可达 1× 10 - 6 。

Testing technique of the homogeneity of optical glass is the guarantee for producing high qulity optical glass.In this paper,Three kinds of absolute testing method of the homogeneity of optical glass are described,and using one of these methods,a high accuracy testing apparatus is successfully developed.The instrument's structure is very simple,and the experiment shows the measuring error is less than 1×10 -6.
