出院第一诊断与单病种质量相关性调查

An investigation on the correlation between the first discharge diagnosis and the quality of single disease

目的 :加强病案首页出院第一诊断选择的准确性 ,以提高单病种的医疗质量。方法 :采用回顾性的方法对 2 0 0 2年出院的 10个单病种 ( 2 393份病案 )的出院诊断顺序进行检查和修改 ,以观察单病种质量的变化。结果 :出院第一诊断的改变 ,导致单病种的平均住院日、平均医疗费用发生了相应的变化。结论 :出院第一诊断的选择决定单病种的质量指标 。

Objective:Selecting an accurate first diagnosis from the medical record frontpage to achieve a higher treatment quality of single disease.Methods:By use of a retrospective study,the discharge diagnosis order of ten single disease in 2002 was checked and modified,the treatment quality of single disease was explored.Results:A changed first discharge diagnosis leads the corresponding changes of average inpatient day of single disease and average medical cost.Conclusion:The selection of the first discharge diagnosis effects the treatment quality of single disease and the whole treatment quality of the hospital.
