摘要
一种可确保人身和设备安全的高压脉冲波形的测量方法。它由发送电路将被测电压或电流之实时值转换成串行数字信号 ,再用它调制半导体激光器发出的光 ,其光穿过 10 0mm以上变压器油和 10mm厚玻璃板 ,送给接收电路。后者将串行数字信号转换成模拟信号 ,然后送给示波器 ,即可观察到被测高压脉冲电路电压或电流的波形。所述方法新颖实用 。
This paper presents a novel approach to the high-voltage pulse waveform measurement which can ensure personal and equipment safety.The transmitting circuit turns the real-time voltage or current into serial digital signals to modulate the light of semiconductor lasers.After passing the transformer oil and thick glass board,the light is received by receiving circuit,which converts the serial digital signals to analog signals.So the waveform of voltage or current can be observed by oscillograph.
