摘要
本文论述了我国UTC(NTSC)(Coordinated Universal Time,National Time Service Center,Chinese Academy of Sciences)自动监控的进展情况,讨论了UTC(NTSC)在给定了稳定的参考TA’(NTSC)(Atom Time)时如何利用相位微调仪进行调节,使UTC(NTSC)达到国际电信联盟给出的要求。最后给出了自动监控软件计算机模拟结果,并对模拟的结果进行了分析。
In this paper a simulation of UTC(NTSC) automation is discussed, and an algorithm of the software is put forward. Afterward, a simulation means a-bout the design is described. The result of the simulation is analyzed at the end of the paper.
