摘要
研究了影响中国石龙子季节性繁殖中温度的作用.取处于冬眠中的雄性中国石龙子,在不同的实验室温度(25℃、30℃、35℃)下进行饲养,观察性腺的变化.结果表明:在中国石龙子的活动温度范围内,温度与性腺的复萌和萎缩的时程呈负相关.
The present study is to investigate the role of the temperature in the seasonal reproduction of the male Chinese skink (Eumeces Chinensis). Hibernating skinks were maintained in different temperatures of 25℃,30℃,and 35℃, respectively. The histology and morphometrology of the testis were studied. The results indicate that within the range of the tolerable temperature of the skink, the regeneration and the temperature correlate negatively.
