摘要
不是所有的校长都能成为名校长 ,校长专业化成长中 ,必须具备一定的内外部条件。本研究采用社会科学研究中的质的研究方法 ,分析了万小平校长成长的个性特点与外在条件 ,并在个案分析的基础上 。
Not all school principals can become prominent principals. In the prof essional development of school principals, there must be certain internal and ex ternal conditions. By using qualitative research method for social science, this paper makes analysis of the individual characteristics and external conditions and, on the basis of case study, puts forward some new suggestions of the connot ation of the professionalization of school principals and the selection and qual ity training of school principals.
