摘要
采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计、逻辑分析等方法 ,对广东省竞技体育后备人才培养管理的现状进行调查研究 ,认为后备人才培养管理上尚存在一些问题 ,主要是在管理体制、培养目标、训练经费、教练员、运动员待遇及社会保障等方面。因此 ,应加快体制改革 ,充分利用广东经济有利条件 ,调动社会各方面力量支持后备人才培养 ,不断完善管理机制。
This paper carries out investigation and study on the situation of athletics PE reserve talents' training & charge in Guangdong, with literature material, questionnaire, figure statistics and logic analysis etc. It thinks that there are still some problems on reserve talents' training & charge, especially on charge system, training aim, drill funds, coach & athlete's treatment and so on. So it's demanded to quicken system reform, to make full use of favorable conditions on economy in Guangdong, to transfer all in society to support the reserve talents' training, and to perfect the charge system continuously.
