摘要
传统使用运动处方的目的是健身 ,但当前有相当一部分的大学生必须健心。如何对传统运动处方进行改善以加强它的健心功能是当前应引起重视的问题。对为何与如何运用篮球活动作为健心运动处方中的锻炼方式进行了论述。通过实验初步证明 ,有针对性的篮球运动处方对大学生健心有良好效果。
Traditional sport prescription is for physical health, but a large about of current college students need mental health. We should pay much attention to the question of how to improve the traditional sport prescription so as to strengthen its mental-health fitting power. The author discusses why and how to use basketball activities as the exercise forms of mental health prescription.
