对提高成人教育质量的探讨

Improving the Quality of Adult Education

终身教育作为时代发展的一大趋势,有力地促进着各类成人教育规模的不断扩大,但就成人教育的质量来说,呈现的却是不尽人意的状况。对此,结合从事成人教育工作的实践,就当前存在的成人教育质量问题进行了分析,并从解决实际问题的角度有针对性地提出了树立创新教育观念、增强教学服务意识、完善教学管理制度、优化教学过程、创新教学方法等一系列能够促使成人教育质量提高的措施。

As one of the developing trends of our time, life-long education has greatly expanded the scale of adult education. However, the quality of adult education is far from satisfactory. In respect to the author' s working experience in this field, problems on the quality of adult education are examined in this paper. As solutions to them, a series of measures are put forward hereafter, including the formulation of new educational concepts, the strengthening of the consciousness of education as service, the perfection of teaching administrative systems, the optimization of teaching process and the innovation of teaching methods.
