Investigation Report on Speeding Up Development of Cultural Cause in Changchun

近几年,长春市的文化事业取得了长足的发展,但仍然存在着许多薄弱环节,如体制不顺、人才短缺、经费不足、文化产业发展不合理等。这些问题严重影响着长春市文化事业的进一步发展。因此,我们必须进一步解放思想,通过完善体制、培养人才、增加经费投入、大力发展文化产业等措施,推动长春市文化事业健康、有序地发展。

Recently,the cultural cause in Changchun has developed considerably,but there are still some weak points such as inconvenience in systems,lack of talented people,insufficient funds and unreasonable development of cultural enterprises,etc..These problems seriously affect the further development of cultural cause in Changchun.Therefore,we must further emancipate our minds and promote the healthy and orderly development of the cultural cause in Changchun through perfection of system,training of talented people,increase of funds and development of cultural enterprises.
