全球化与中国:从“挑战—回应”到“回应—创新”

Globalization and China:from "Challenge-response" to "Response-innovation

全球化与中国的问题首先是个时间问题,我们要在社会历史发展逻辑的高度上认识中国参与全球化浪潮的必要性和重要性。从国家主义、民族主义、文化多元主义等立场上得出的反全球化结论,都有可能使中国利用世界市场提升本国社会历史发展阶段的努力落空,因而都是需要加以反对的。我们在敢于融入全球化的同时,又要善于融入全球化。我们绝对不能低估全球化的风险,但是,回应挑战、抵御风险的努力也要在全球化框架中进行,我们要走出“挑战—回应”的旧模式,代之以“回应—创新”的新模式,即以融入全球化为契机推进制度创新和制度变迁。

The problem of globalization and China is first of all that of time.We must understand the necessity and importance of China's participation in the wave of globalization from the viewpoint of logic of social and historical development.The anti-globalization conclusion drawn from state-nationalism,cultural pluralism may make China fail to take advantage of world market and to promote our developmental stage of social history,therefore,we should be against it.We should dare to and know how to merge in globalization.We should not underestimate the risk of globalization and the efforts to respond to challenge and to resist risks should be within the frame of globalization.We should replace the old model of'Challenge-response'with the new one'response-innovation'and promote system innovation and changes in globalization.
