中国继受法制定情况及由此引起的几点思考

The Establishment of Reference Laws in China

由于固有法的长期行之有效,继受法在中国迟至20世纪初叶方才产生;但它一经产生,便成为了中国立法的主要内容。继受法在中国的命运是由中国社会发展的历程所决定的;反过来,通过继受法的制定和适用情况,人们可以从一个重要的侧面去认识中国社会的发展及其规律。

Because of the long affection of the fixed laws,reference laws came out in China till the 20th century.However,since it is established,it has become the main part of Chinese legislate.The social development decided the development of reference laws in China;at the same time,with the establishment and the use of reference laws,we can study the social development of China and its rules from another vital aspect.
