The practice of South Asia regionalism indicates that some necessary elements must be embodied in the success of South Asia regional cooperation. The resolution of contradictions and conflicts among the member states is an important condition. A mature mechanism is the institutional guarantee of regionalism development, and a strong regional leader is the driving force.
