Economic development requires more & more sequential environment culture,as a key device to integrate regional resources,plays an even important role in innovating process.Based on the analysis of the background of cultural-innovation and its boosting effects on regional economy,the article discusses the strategies and countermeasures of cultural-innovation in Gansu province.
