中国转型时期贫困发生的特点

Characteristics of the Emerging of Poverty in China′s Transition Period

自改革开放以来 ,中国进入社会的转型时期。在这一时期 ,贫困的发生出现了一些新的特点 ,本文从八个方面对这些特点进行了描述 ,并作了简要的分析。其目的在于提高反贫困的自觉性和针对性 ,尽量平稳地完成我国社会的转型。

Since adopting the reform and opening policy, China has entered social transition period. In this period, the emerging of poverty has presented some new characteristics. This essay has related in eight aspects to these characteristics, and made brief analysis. It aims at raising the awareness in combating poverty, thus realizing the transition period as steadily as possible.
