The theory and the method of optimization in genetic algorithm to neural network are briefly introduced,and basic ideas and result of designing genetic neural network in the quality of blasting pile prediction system after blasting in open stope of metal mine are pointed out,moreover the designed genetic neural network's accuracy and feasibility are validated through a sample with Biyunebo Iron Mine.
