摘要
利用膨胀法结合金相硬度法,在Gleeble1500热模拟机上测定了35K钢的临界点Ar1,Ar3以及Ms;
By dilatometric change referencing microscopic test and hardness measurement,the critical points at Ar_1,Ar_3 and with Ms of 35K are determined respectively through Gleeble 1500 thermal mechaical simulation.By measuring the different expanding curves of continuous cooling transformation,CCT curve is obtained.Transformation of austenite and morphology and mechanical property of 35K in the course of continuous cooling are analysed.In addition,by the analysis of CCT curve, the critical cooling rate of generating Widmanstaten structure and bainite is determined,which provides the references for productive practice and establishing new technics.
