介绍福州建融广场设计概况,利用价值工程的原理,通过预应力砼与普通砼的性价比,分析结构布置的特点,总结了此类结构的设计原则。

In this paper, introducing synoptically the design of the “JianRong”plaza in Fuzhou is introduced synoptically. Utilizing the value-engineering principle, comparing the performance-price ratio of the prestredssed concrete and reinforced concrete, analyzing the merit and the fault of the structure-design system, and the principle of such kind of structure-design is summerized.
