红外光谱法研究表面活性剂类气相色谱固定液

摘要 随着色谱技术应用领域的扩展,表面活性剂类色谱固定液越来受到重视。本文根据各种表面活性剂的生产工艺特点和性质确定了固定液用表面活性剂适宜的处理方法,即选择萃取、干燥和减压蒸馏等不同的处理方法。对处理后的4种表面活性剂进行红外光谱测试和研究,总结出了表面活性剂的红外光谱特征和结构特点,证明了所选的处理方法是可行的。同时为气相色谱分析时选择固定液提供了依据。 Surfactants are paid attention gradually along with the development of application field of chromatography. The treatment methods of some surfactants used as chromatograph stationary liquid were studied depending On the charcteristic of production process. The surfactants treated were determined by IR and the IR spectrum were studied systematically. The IR characteristic and their structure were summeried.It prove that the treatment methods are feasible and provide fundational data for selecting GC stationary liquid.
