织造模拟后浆纱毛羽变化的测试

摘要 织造模拟后浆纱毛羽的变化可评价浆纱可织性。对单纱精确上浆装置上浆后的浆纱经过织造模拟后毛羽变化的规律进行了研究。织造模拟后毛羽的多少取决于产生和消除的比率,同一时间内产生大于消除,毛羽增加;反之,毛羽减少。毛羽的多少与磨损频率、上浆率有关。磨损频率越高、上浆率越低,毛羽越多;反之,毛羽越少。考虑成本与质量,存在最佳上浆率。 After abraded by weaving simulator,yarn hairiness could evaluate the weavability of the sizing yarn.This article studies the rule of hairiness variation after sized by precision slashing and abraded by weaving simulator.After abraded by weaving simulator,yarn hairiness is decided by the rate of generation and elimination of hairiness.If the rate of generation exceeds elimination,the hairiness will be increased.The hairiness increases with the decrease of size add-on the increase of yarn tex and abrasion frequency.Considering cost and quality,there is optimal size add-on.
