中国社团的发展路径

The Development Trace of Non-government Societies in China

随着改革深入和社会的发展 ,民间社团组织大量涌现 ,并发挥着越来越重要的作用。通过用“过渡性”的视角对中国的社团组织进行定位 ,从外部制度环境和社团自身演变两个方面探讨中国社团的发展路径 ,可以得出目前中国的社团正在由半官方组织向合作主义的民间利益团体过渡的结论 ,从而指出一种政府主导下的“官民合作”的民间社会形态正在形成。

With the deepening of the reform and development of the society, lots of non-government societies have appeared in China. They have been playing an important role in all fields. From the point of view of transition, I try to discuss their development traces from the two aspects of the external environment and their own evolution and point out that non-government societies in China are transferring from semi-government organizations to cooperative non-government societies, thus forming non-government societies directed by the government.
