南京国民政府建立后 ,张静江长期执掌中央建设委员会 ,将主要精力置于水利、电力、煤矿、交通、通讯等部门的规划与建设 ,为中国近代经济建设作了许多尝试 ,并颇有建树。他的一些建设思想与经营理念 ,如注重采用现代管理方式 ,利用民间资本 ,实行股份形式 ,引进国外技术 ,着力培训技术人才等等 ,均具有较多的现代性 ,值得后人重视和借鉴。
