摘要
《中华人民共和国渔业船舶检验条例》于2003年8月1日起施行。对于有着1300万渔民和93万艘渔船的渔业和渔船大国来讲,此举意义非同寻常。但是,在为“有法可依”欣慰之余,“法之必行”也许是我们目光的下一个焦点。
The Regulations of the People's Republic of China for Inspection of Fishing Vessels was due to take effect on August 1, 2003, which means specially to a nation with a 13m-fishery-popuiation and 930,000 fishing vessels. However, when we feel happy with the birth of the Law, our next concern will be how to enforce it.
