民营造船在棒喝中成长

摘要 近年来,民营造船一直被业界所关注。从其发展历史来看,它们有着相同的轨迹,都经历了从不规范到逐渐规范再到发展壮大三个阶段。对于民营造船,虽得到不少人的肯定,但缺少真正扶持。 有些民营船厂的老板说,与国营造船相比,民营造船如同庶出,受到的是不公正的待遇。反观各地国有造船厂,除了一些旗帜性的企业发展态势良好外,有不少船厂已经破产或者被民营造船厂收购。时至今日,我们不得不重新审视昔日对待民营造船的态度。 In recent years, the shipbuilding by private owners has become a concern of the industry. Regarding their development, they shared almost the same history developing from non-regulation to gradual regulation and then to rapid expansion. Though recognized by some people, private shipyards still lack genuine support. According to some private shipyards, comparing with the state owned shipyards, they are not treated fairly. However, for those state-own shipyards in different parts of China, despite some flagship enterprises, a lot of them have gone bankrupt or been acquired by private yards. Up to now, we will have to reevalu-ate the attitude we have taken to the private shipyards.
