结构保存与居住空间寻找——老式别墅的再利用

中国科学院上海学科交叉研究中心由一栋欧式别墅改建而成。一二层用作科研用房,阁楼则改造为外籍科学家的居住单元。以木结构的还原、保护、再利用为主线,探索功能转化和空间重组的可行性,为历史空间寻找新的存在方式,试图达成适度开发与再利用。本文以阁楼为重点,对改造进行扼要介绍。

Shanghai Interdiscipline Research Center of Chinese Acad-emy of Science is constructed from the rebuilding of a villa with continen-tal style. The first and second floors are used for research rooms. Theattic will be remodeled for use of foreign scientists' apartment. By themain thought of restoring, protecting and reusing the original timberstructure, the designers explore the feasibility of spacial re-compositionand transformation of room function to seek for a new existence of thehistoric space, and try to achieve the purpose of moderate spacial devel-opment for reusing it. Centering on the attic, this paper gives a briefingabout renewal.
