摘要
分析钢球磨煤机自动化的历史和现实需要,通过对控制对象的深透研究,概括解决问题的技术难 点和对策,引入随时相对最佳的概念,提出应用在线仿真、自学习等技术在强大功能的软件支撑平台下实 现仿真、控制同平台运行,达到在线决策控制的良好效果,在控制概念、手段、方法上均有所创新。
This paper analyzes the history and actual needs of tube mill automation; through the thorough study of control object, summarizes the technical difficulties in solving problems and countermeasures; introduces the idea of any time relative optimum; puts forward to realize simulation and control on the same platform by using on-line simulation, self-learning etc. techniques on the software supporting platform with strong functions, so as to achieve good on-line decision control effect, all with innovations in control idea, means and methods.
