摘要 通过信息技术与电力客户服务系统的整合应用,积极应对市场经济下电力服务与营销工作面临的新挑战。在全面了解地区电力系统尤其是配电网状况的前提下,采用网络技术开发一个基于局域网的电力公司客户管理系统,从而实现信息技术对电力服务营销工作的有力支持。该系统使各类供电客户的管理、电力工程的勘察审批实施方便快捷,表明信息技术与电力系统的整合发展具有实际意义和广阔前景。 In this paper,the integrated applic ation of information technology and power system is used to deal with the new ch allenge faced in the power service and sell.With the knowledge of the status of district power system especially the dis tribution network,we use the network technology to develop a power company customer management system based on LAN s o that it supplies strong support to power service and sale.The system makes it convenience to manage all kinds of power customer and recon nais-sance,approv e and implement power projects.It fulfills the expected destination and indica tes the integrated application of informa tion technology and power system has w ide foreground and realistic meaning.
