This paper illuminates the traveller of CO 2 automatic welder,analyzes the function and characteristics of its gas suppliers main devices which including CO 2 gas cylinder,preheater,regulator valve,flow meter,desiccator,gas valve and matching unit etc and its influence on welding quality in detail.Besides,it lists common failures,causes and solutions of CO 2 welders.
