摘要
城市规划工作实际上是研究制定一种合理的制度来规范、引导城市的发展,制度经济学理论同样适用于城市规划,政府的职能、规划的成本、规划的效用均可用制度经济学来剖析,成本与效率之间的四种关系需要规划工作者权衡。
City planning is,in fact, to devise reasonable system to regulate and guide the development of cities. Theory in systematic economicscan be used to analyze government functions, the cost and effect of planning. The relationship between cost and efficiency require plannersto balance.
