摘要
“官太太”现象的产生有其深刻的社会文化背景和结构性条件。传统的性别角色分工和不平等的社会事实彼此强化,限制了女性通过正常途径获得自我满足和价值实现的机会,使女性在与社会结构的权衡中作为行动者扮演了一些非正式角色。家国同构、家族主义的社会文化环境和家长制的行政组织为“官太太”这一特殊角色成为社会现象提供了现实可能性。“官太太”实质是人情式社会联结的中间人、权钱式社会交换的媒介。
The'officials'wives'phenomenoncannotbe viewedapartfromtheprofoundsocialandculturalbackgrounds andthestructuralconditionsinwhichithasappeared.Themutualaggravationof theconventionaldivisionof genderroles andsexualinequalityhaverestrictedtheopportunitiesfor womento achieveself-satisfactionandrealizetheirown value throughnormalchannels,makingthemplaycertainirregularrolesas theactorin weighingthingsin thesocialstructure.Theidentificationof thefamilywiththestate,theclannishsocio-culturalenvironmentandthepatriarchaladministrativeor-ganizationhavemadeitpossibleforthespecial'officials'wives'roleto becomea socialphenomenon.'Officials'wives'are,inessence,thego-betweeninempathicsocialconnectionsandtheintermediaryof thepower-moneydealinsociety.
