摘要
广东省公安机关率先提出在全省推行警务规范化建设,规范全省公安机关的警务工作,使公安机关的工作在管理中规范,在规范中管理,逐步建立与社会主义市场经济相适应的警务管理体制,这是全面落实江泽民总书记“三个代表”的重要思想、与时俱进的具体体现,是21世纪现代警务工作发展的必由之路。
The article discusses the relationship between the concepts of Mr. Jiang Zhe-ming's 'three representatives' andthe standardization of police affairs.
