摘要
文章对选修健美操课的女大学生在肺活量、心率等生理指标方面的变化,以及她们在心理机能方面的变化进行研究。揭示健美操对推进素质教育,促进女大学生身心健康发展具有良好的作用。
This essay conducts research on the female college students taking calisthenics courses, who change a lot in heart rates and lung capacities and other physiological index . Hence, the author concludes that taking calisthenics courses exert positive effects on female college students' physical and psychological health.
