摘要
通过严格实施 30 0m× 4m(次间间歇递减 )× 3组 (组间间歇递增 )的间歇跑和分析运行员实验前后运动成绩、心率恢复指数、血乳酸的变化 ,结果表明 :次间间歇递减和组间间歇递增更能深度刺激机体抗乳酸能力 ,对 40 0m运动员速度耐力有较大影响。旨在为提高我国男子 40 0m训练水平提供参考。
Through rigorous training of 300m×4times(progressive reduction of intervals between times)×3groups(progressive addition of intervals between groups)interval dash and analyzing the result before and after the experiment,the recovery index of heart rate and the change of blood lactic acid,it shows that progressive addition of intervals between groups and progressive reduction of intervals between times can stimulate the organism to resist the blood lactic acid and therefore influence the speed and endurance of sportsman in 400m race.The article is aimed to give reference to improving the training of man race in 400m in our country.
